How to be truly happy

Posted on 28/06/202227/06/2022 by Lo.cura

I’m not one to share often what I find online, especially on this blog, but if you’ve ever struggled with this, you need to watch the following video:

Some of my thoughts afterwards are:

-Life is full of miracles, but we only pay attention to the outliers, for bad mostly.

-Making money to give to people can make me happy, because we feel that way when we give, even though it is selfish.

-Everyone can make themselves happier than they are, and so can I.

I don’t want to bore you with my experience and reaction. Watch the video. I’m gonna leave you with one quote I’ve been reminded of and set out to get more serotonin.

No matter what the situation is, we are very lucky.

Julie Andrews (though I couldn’t find the source)

Stay colourful!

xoxo
